1. The service

SaudHR is a cloud platform for human-resources management and attendance, provided to companies through an account and address of their own.

2. Accounts and responsibility

Company accounts are created after contact with our team. The company is responsible for the accuracy of its employee data, for managing permissions, and for keeping its users' sign-in credentials confidential.

3. Employee data

Employee data is processed on behalf of the company and on its instructions. The company remains responsible for informing its employees what is collected, including the location data used to verify the approved workplace radius during attendance actions.

4. Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to attempt access to another company's data, or to test platform security without prior written permission.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service continuously available; it may pause for maintenance or updates. This document does not currently commit to a specific contractual availability level.

6. Subscription

Subscription terms, duration and price are set in the agreement made with the company. No prices are published on this website.

7. Termination

Either party may end the service as set out in the agreement. How data is exported or deleted on termination is defined in that agreement.
